The TechBridge Fellowship Program is for students currently pursuing an MBA or other graduate students and entrepreneurs interested in starting a cleantech company. TechBridge Fellows have the unique opportunity to develop the analytical skills of a venture capitalist while acquiring experience in an applied technical environment built around promising cleantech startups.
Timothy Canavan – TechBridge Fellow 2010
Tim became a TechBridge Fellow while he was a graduate student at Duke University, where he was earning a master’s degree in energy at the Nicholas School of the Environment and an MBA at the Fuqua School of Business. Prior to Duke, he spent nearly four years as an analyst of the venture capital and private equity industry at Cambridge Associates.
Emil Mamedov – TechBridge Fellow 2010
Emil joined TechBridge Fellowship program in 2010. Prior to that, he interned at General Catalyst Partners and Flagship Ventures evaluating investment opportunities in clean energy. He previously worked at IBM consulting and at Samson Resources, a private natural gas exploration and production company. Emil holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and BSc in Finance, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma State University.
