Biography

An internationally renowned materials scientist with 28 US and foreign patents to his name, Dr. Hanoka is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Massachusetts-based start-up 7Solar Technologies. Dr. Hanoka previously co-founded prominent MA solar manufacturer Evergreen Solar, and served in various capacities at the company from 1997 until 2007. Prior to co-founding Evergreen, he spent 16 years as a Research Associate at the Mobil Solar Energy Corporation, developing many key breakthroughs in photovoltaic technology still in use to this day.
